Our Story

I’m excited to introduce you to New York Cookie Cow, inspired by our mega love for New York style cookies. 

My name is Christine, the woman behind the cookies. Like most of us, I wear many hats including wife, mom, registered nurse and the list doesn’t end there. As a NY native and cookie enthusiast, my baking adventures have always been one of my favorite activities. Each irresistible cookie would be raved over by family and friends and who wouldn’t love the toothless grins that would stare back at me with one bite into our finished cookie creations.

Being a firm believer that moderation is the key to a healthy life, we decided to launch our baked treats and share the love outside of our family.

Weighing in at nearly a half-pound each, our cookies are loaded with the most natural and premium non-GMO ingredients. Each cookie creation is handmade - perfectly thick and soft, a giant cookie with a crispy edge and gooey center. Absolute perfection!

Our cookie masterpieces come in several different flavors for our rotating menu. We ship nationwide, with customizable packaging to ensure they stay delicious from our oven to your doorstep. Baked daily, each cookie is individually handcrafted with just the right amount of mix-ins and goodies.  Our goal is to create new and surprising recipes that will make every cookie a Mmm-emorable experience.
