Q1. $5+ for a cookie, are you crazy?
A. The only thing we’re crazy about are our cookies! Our cookies weigh in at approximately ½ lb each (6x the size of your average homemade chocolate chip cookie). More than enough to share with friends, or if you like us, keep all of the divine goodness for yourself😉
Each cookie is loaded with the most natural and premium non-GMO ingredients. Our creation is handmade - perfectly thick and soft, a giant cookie with a crispy edge and gooey center. Trust us, our cookies do not disappoint.
Q2. I have a food allergy; can I eat your cookies?
A. Please know that we are not an allergy-free kitchen. Our cookies are baked with equipment that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Please reference allergen information on the “Cookie Care” insert included with your order.

Q3. What is the best way to store my cookies?
A. We do not use artificial preservatives. For optimal freshness and flavor, store them in a freezer for up to 30 days for cookies not eaten immediately.

Q.4 Should I reheat my cookies before eating them?
A. We recommend reheating in the microwave for 20-30 seconds until warm and gooey or in the oven at 350o Fahrenheit. If cookies are frozen, please let them defrost before reheating.

Q5. How long after I order will I receive my cookies?
A. Our cookies are baked to order and then shipped 2-Day Express to guarantee freshness. Our site is open for orders all week, but we only bake and ship on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesdays, to avoid your cookies from sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
We cover roughly 33% of the cost of the 2-Day express shipping for the customer. We also offer local delivery for select towns on Long Island.

A. Right now, due to limited supply, customers must select an order quantity (batch size) of either 5 or 10 cookies.
